Alastair Kingsbury: Sun's Out

Gulabi Gallery presents Sun's Out, the debut exhibition of 35mm photographer Alastair Kingsbury. Drawn from ten years of compulsively documenting street life in Glasgow and beyond, the exhibition opens on Saturday 18 July and runs until 29 August. An opening night celebration with the artist takes place on Saturday 18 July, 18:30–20:30. All welcome.

Kingsbury has spent the last decade carrying his camera through the streets of Glasgow, capturing moments of absurdity, ambiguity, beauty and joy. Powered by a restless FOMO whenever the sun is out, he documents the unexpected in everyday life as it plays out on the street.
