Book Launch: Alan Dimmick Photographs 1977- 2017

Stills is excited to announce the launch of the first book dedicated to the work of Glasgow-based photographer Alan Dimmick. The publication covers a broad range of Dimmick’s images taken over the last 40 years and includes specially commissioned essays by artists and writers such as: Jacqueline Donachie, Moira Jeffrey, Francis McKee and Ross Sinclair.

The book launch will begin with a short Q&A between Alan Dimmick and Ben Harman, Director of Stills, followed by a book signing.

The publication will be available to purchase for the special launch price of £20 (normal RRP £22).

Alan Dimmick Photographs 1977-2017 is published by Stills and follows the 2017 exhibition: The Collection Series: Works from a private photography collection & Alan Dimmick’s studio archive, 1977-2017.
