Wounded Landscapes – Talks and films by Chris Leslie

Chris Leslie describes how his time in post-conflict Croatia and Bosnia in 1996, at the very outset of his Balkan Journey, influenced his later documentary work – Disappearing Glasgow at a time when much of the city’s high-rise schemes and sink estates were demolished. Includes new photography and film from Glasgow.

Chris’s talk will attempt to address issues around the Festival 2022: City In Flux theme and examine the city’s seemingly endless regeneration. Chris will have signed copies of his latest book – A Balkan Journey – available for sale on the night.
