'Sea-pink, Lamb Holm', from the series 'Undertow' by Frances Scott
Frances Scott's series 'Undertow' is an evolving body of work exploring the relationship between islander and island, as she walks and documents the coastlines of the Orkney archipelago. Scott's work considers the nature of belonging, and how it can be formed anew, by walking the brink where land meets sea.
'Undertow: Unfolding' is a new development of the series commissioned by FLOW Photofest, first exhibited last year at Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.
