Saved for the Nation. A talk by Blake Milteer, Curator, The MacKinnon Collection AND the SSHoP Annual General Meeting.
The MacKinnon Collection is a collection of over 14,000 photographs dating from the earliest Scottish photography to the middle of the 20th Century. It was bought in a special collaboration between the National Library of Scotland and the National Galleries of Scotland, with support from the Scottish Government, the National Lottery and the Art Fund.
The Scottish Society for the History of Photography (SSHoP) is open to everyone with an interest in photography. We are a charity supported by our members, donors, and by the sale of our journal. We have a growing membership, bringing together a diverse range of people and organisations who are passionate about photography.
Full details of the talk and AGM will be sent out to members who have booked a place.
