Notch Code

Notch Code is an exhibition of new work by Morwenna Kearsely. It comprises a series of photographs of objects, the mundane, ephemera that populates our world, removed from their context and given the type of scrutiny that they rarely receive. In these still lives Kearsley not only reveals the nature of the subjects but unveils the process and materiality of the making of the image, pulling back the curtain to allow the physical realities of their developmental operation to cross over into the final print.
