Forever Changes Artist Talk - Kotryna Ula Kiliuyte & Lasse Lecklin
6.30pm Tuesday 25th January
Livestreamed through Facebook*

Join us for a series of weekly Forever Changes Artist talks, where we will hear from the participating artists from our current exhibition alongside contributions from invited guests.

For the first talk we will be joined by artists Kotryna Ula Kiliuyte and Lasse Lecklin.

Lasse Lecklin is a Finnish photographer from Helsinki. His project Crossings documents Europe’s largest glacier, Vatnajökull in Iceland. Parts of this glacier have retreated at an extraordinary pace since 1985. Since the year 2000, 15 percent of the glacier has disappeared. The project attempts to make visible the changes in nature that have been caused by humans.

Kotyrna Ula Kiliuyte is a Lithuanian artist based in Glasgow. She will discuss her new body of work 'Artic Swell', which is on show at the Northern Photographic Centre, Oulu, Finland. The exhibition is the outcome of the ‘On the Edge’ exchange residency project, which aimed at strengthening dialogue and cooperation between Scotland and other European countries.
