Fabrizio Gianni is a renowned fashion photographer and filmmaker whose career spans over four decades. He has contributed to prestigious fashion magazines such as Elle, Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar, capturing iconic images of celebrities including Anthony Hopkins, Sir Ben Kingsley, and Keanu Reeves.
Before transitioning to photography, Gianni worked in the film industry and was assistant director on Sergio Leone's classic film, "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly."
Fabrizio’s fashion photography style is a blend of cinematic elegance, dramatic storytelling, and timeless sophistication. Drawing from his background in filmmaking—particularly his experience with Leone—his images often carry a strong narrative element, evoking a sense of striking elegance, movement and depth.
The exhibition will be in the Ralph Cowan Gallery (7th floor) at The City of Glasgow College.
There will an exhibition opening on the 12th of March, 6-8pm where there will be a silent auction on the opening night where there will be an opportunity to buy limited signed hand printed darkroom prints, limited edition prints and posters to raise money for the Beatson Cancer Charity.
