A GAME OF 2 HALVES - A Celebration of Albion Rovers 100 Years at Cliftonhill Stadium

Photographer Iain McLean and film maker Wilma Smith have collaborated on this show containing around 60 new and unseen prints documenting the people and fans at Albion Rovers FC and a rolling show of Wilma's acclaimed doucumentary 'We Are Albion'. There will be sound recordings from fans and players giving an overall flavour of life at a Scottish lower league club.

Accompanying the photos, film and sound recordings will be a selection of football artefacts donated by fans and some items from the Robin Marwick collection held by North Lanarkshire Council.

The free official opening is on Saturday 6th July at 1pm upstairs in Summerlee Museum, Coatbridge ML5 1QD, and will be officially launched by the Kirkintilloch Kelvin Brass Band.
