Launch event for 10.000 hours photobook & Exhibition of work by Eleanor Cunningham & Jaime Molina

10,000 Hours is a photographic project which celebrates and shares the stories of craftspeople in all 32 different regions in Scotland. The book captures artists, crafters and food producers who are inspired by the land, using a combination of film photography, typewritten and handwritten text.

The launch event will celebrate their first 10,000 Hours book - focusing on food and craft producers in Edinburgh. There will be a preview of the next edition featuring East Lothian makers and producers. The event will also feature photographs by Jaime Molina and art by Eleanor Cunningham. Cocktails & canapes using local produce will be provided.

Eleanor Cunningham is the owner of the Edinburgh Larder and is also a local artist who paints abstract landscapes inspired by the changing seasons in Scotland. Her work can be seen at www.eleanorcunningham.co.uk or on Instagram @eleanorcunninghamart.

Jaime Molina is a photographer from Columbia who is inspired by a love for wildlife and wilderness. Through his photography, he explores the intricate relationship between humans and the natural world; a relationship that can be both volatile and beautiful.
