Stills Academy Online provides the opportunity to develop your photographic practice with the assistance of Stills expertise. Over a 6-week period you will be supported by our tutors to develop a photographic project. By the end of the six weeks you will have produced a concrete body of work (but not necessarily a finished one). A great opportunity for those 16 – 25 years old.
The Academy will provide support in the following ways:
– A mixture of face-to-face and online sessions with Stills’ freelance artist-tutors in a small group of just 6 students. .
– Project feedback sessions. Learn how to give and receive constructive criticism of your photographic work. An essential skill for developing projects and supporting peers.
– Tailored support to develop your individual project through one-to-one sessions with your tutor.
– Project related materials and equipment. Unfortunately Stills Academy is unable to offer access to the facilities at this time but we can help towards the of production of your project.
– Introductory photographic theory talks providing greater insight to the photographic world.
