Over the past five years, artist and photographer Ted Leeming has been exploring Scotland’s changing relationship with rural and urban land through an evolving photographic enquiry. Moving beyond traditional photography that tends to focus on the visual elements of the landscape, this project investigates how images can reveal hidden relationships between people, nature, history and the decisions that shape the places we inhabit.

Exhibiting as part of the Stirling Photography Festival, Ted will also hold two talks on 16th September and 30th September. More details available here.

The exhibition is part of the Season of Photography 2026, a celebration of photography in Scotland running from 1st September – 20th December 2026.
