Today is World Photography Day. The National Trust for Scotland holds thousands of photographic images related to dozens of properties in its collections, from nineteenth century glass plates and prints to modern slides. The Morton Photographic Project has spent the past few years digitising, cataloguing, researching and raising the profile of these collections. Ben Reiss, the Morton Photography Project Curator, has been undertaking this work over the last 18 months, and will share collections, stories and projects from properties as diverse as Canna House, Brodie Castle and Tenement House.

All our lecture mornings cost £9 and include a friendly lecture where you can meet our guest lecturer, have coffee and cakes and get a special tour. Take advantage of our special offer, book 10 lectures for £80 when you book in person or over the phone.
