Street Level Photoworks and Regional Screen Scotland are thrilled to present a special series of digital shorts as part of the wider Everything Flows programme in celebration of Scotland’s Year of Coasts and Waters.

These special screening events on Scotland’s mobile cinema the Screen Machine will take place across four rural locations and feature a range of short films combining stunning imagery and the voices of the artists all projected on the big screen! It includes works co-produced with the Screen Machine as well as others presenting a diversity of styles and subjects. Photography on Screen also marks a 5 year partnership between Street Level Photoworks and Regional Screen Scotland (owner and operator of the Screen Machine) in devising an innovative and accessible format to share compelling photography projects to audiences across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, thereby extending the reach of Everything Flows up until the end of 2021.

The Screen Machine is an 80-seat, air-conditioned mobile cinema that brings the latest films to remote and rural areas of Scotland. It tours more than 40 communities in the Highlands and Islands and each tour lasts approximately 12 weeks. Everything Flows – Photography on Screen is a free but ticketed event.
