Unseasonably Warm is an ongoing documentary series by Highlands-based photographer Alexander Williamson, exploring the impact of climate change on Scotland’s skiing industry. Climate data points to Scottish winters becoming warmer and wetter. The work in this exhibition explores the implications this has for seasonal tourism in Scotland and the economic impact on local regions and communities supported by the industry; for Scotland’s snow sports heritage and cultural identity; and for the delicate ecosystems within the landscape itself. All the work in this exhibition has been printed at Highland Print Studio in the digital suite.

Open daily 10am-6pm, Tuesday to Sunday. (Closed for an hour at 1:30pm for lunch)
