Katy Hundertmark presents a new installation combining photography, sculpture and performance. Trembling invites the viewer to look at the relationship between body, movement and still image across space and extended duration. At the centre of the piece are custom-made garments containing photographic prints, which are filled, animated, deformed and then placed in the space.

The performance will take place at DOK on July 20th, between 6 - 8pm.

Hundertmark works across the visual and performing arts, and is concerned with the transmission of stories through constructed images and scenography. She graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2016, and lives and works in Glasgow. Recent group exhibitions include ‘Projects 18: Fresh Focus’ at Stills Centre For Photography and ‘Elbow Room’ in cooperation with Streetlevel Photoworks.

Trembling is co-organised by Mayanne Soret. Soret is an arts producer, writer, and the editor of art journal TAH. She lives and works in Edinburgh.
