The Story Behind the Photograph

Document Scotland's Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert will interview Colin McPherson to mark the 20th anniversary of his photograph Hailstones, Kinnaber, (2000). The image, part of the Catching the Tide series documenting salmon net fishing in Scotland, has some intriguing stories behind the way it was taken, the day itself and what happened to the photograph in the subsequent years.
