Shoreline Rocks

Michael Gallacher's photographic exhibition, SHORELINE ROCKS, which draws on his background as a geologist and landscape photographer, is on show at the FLOW wall from the 8th October in Eden Court Theatre in Inverness.

"Twice a day the tide rises and falls.

Shorelines are a place of constant change.

They provide some of the most diverse landscapes we can see.
Drawing on his background in Geology, Michael’s collection highlights the erosion and creation,
the textures and boundaries that have shaped the highlands.

Most days I walk about with a camera.

I wander off the beaten track to find a different angle on the everyday.

I enjoy creating images that capture the natural environment and tend to capture images that capture mood through light and composition."
