Come along to the upstairs gallery space at the Creative Stirling Venue, located on King Street, Stirling, to view the “Playing with Wildfires” exhibition.

This exhibition is part an action-research initiative to investigate the lived experiences of communities affected by wildfires in the Chiquitania region of Bolivia. This region hosts one of the largest and best-preserved dry forests in South America and worldwide and has seen a drastic increase in wildfires since 2019.

The images shown are portraits of real people and places affected by wildfires, alternated to portraits and scenes from Forum Theatre performance work.
