Conceived by arts organisation WSWF, and supported by Arts Council England, Journey of the Mind brings Sikh teachings and heritage to a contemporary context to spark conversations and encourage exchange. Going beyond racial and religious boundaries, this travelling exhibition aims to evoke a sense of curiosity about the internal journey of the mind and its positive effects on people’s lives.

Through this portrait exhibition, we empower and celebrate young people from schools all over Glasgow.

At the heart of the Glasgow Minds project is raising awareness and giving much-needed guidance on the wellbeing of the mind. The ‘mind’ is something we all have in common regardless of age, race, gender, creed and social background. Conquering the mind gives access to the internal source of power and resilience.
