Govanhill – Portrait of a Community

A look back to the Govanhill community and the campaign to save the Calder Street swimming
pool in 2001, as photographed by Southside-based photographer Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert. These images capture the look of the protests, community spirit, fundraising, awareness efforts, and images from
inside the pool. Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert photographs in Scotland and internationally for a variety of editorial and corporate clients, and is the founder of the Document Scotland photography collective.
