You are invited to an afternoon launch to meet photographers Alan Dimmick, Kieran Dodds and Christian Ziegler and enjoy all of the exhibitions currently taking place in the Pathfoot Building.
In Gallery 4 there will be a chance to see newly installed works by Alan Dimmick who was the Art Collection’s Photographer in Residence over the course of the University’s 50th anniversary year in 2017. His remit was to capture a ‘Portrait of the Campus’, exploring the unique natural, built and human environment of the University.
In the Crush Hall Kieran Dodds exhibition explores seabird cities. Kieran is a non-fiction photographer known for his research-driven photo stories and portraiture.
Christian Ziegler is an internationally known photojournalist specialising in natural history and science-related topics. His exhibition, in Gallery 1, celebrates the tropical splendour of the world’s most diverse ecosystems, but is also a call to action to protect rainforests worldwide.
